How we collect jobs
Where listings come from
Only from official sources: the recruitment pages of government bodies, commissions, boards, PSUs and banks, and companies' own job feeds and careers pages. We do not copy listings from other job websites.
How often
Twice a day, early morning and evening, we check 150 official websites and feeds for new notices and jobs.
Respecting the source websites
We follow each website's robots.txt rules and its terms of use, pause between requests so government servers are not burdened, and identify our crawler with a contact address. Sites that ask not to be crawled are not crawled.
What we show
New notices are listed automatically with their title and a link to the official page. Where we have added details such as the last date, posts and eligibility, they come from the official notification, which is always the final word if anything differs. For company jobs we show only the title, location and links; the full description stays on the employer's site.
When listings close
A company job is marked closed when it disappears from the employer's feed or careers page. A government notice is marked closed when it is removed from the official page, or after 45 days if no last date is known. Closed listings stay in the archive for reference.
Mistakes
If anything looks wrong, please report it. We correct errors as soon as we can.
